What is the ACT! Premier Trainer Certification? - Sage Software, the makers of ACT!, recognize Kirkwood Technologies as one of the premier ACT! training resources in North America.
Kirkwood Technologies provides training for ACT! 6.0, and the ACT 2005 through 2008 products. This includes ACT Standard and Premium for Workgroups products as well as ACT Premium for Web.

Public Training - Kirkwood technologies is partnered with Western International University to provide ACT! users in Arizona with premier training at a state of the art training facility. Our classes are taught in computer lab classrooms where each user will get hands on experience while working on our class database. The training courses will be taught by an ACT! Premier Trainer/ACT! Certified Consultant. The format will be instructor led, with demonstrations followed by class exercises. Each attendee will be given a class manual that is to be used as a reference for everything that we will go over in the class.

Online Training - We offer ACT! online training for companies all over North America using GoToMeeting from Citrix Online.
Online Training is delivered the same way, as it would in a classroom setting or at a private training session. Unlike other online trainings, our online training is completely interactive. The software application is shared as an application from both (i.e. Trainer/Participant) ends. This will allow both the Trainer and the Participant to be on the same page and follow every step through their ACT! software.
At any point during training, a participant can interrupt and ask questions. The experience is virtually the same as if the trainer were sitting in the same room.
